For change of perspective can have a great impact on your mental health and can cheer you up. Do things differently, For instance change the route to the college you are taking for past years, go out to different social gathering, hang out with people older than you(they have experienced life and can you advises), be friends with right people and lose toxic people who let's you down every time and still calls you his/her best friend.
